Stop payment approval notifications
If you no longer want to receive notifications related to payment approvals, you can turn them off on the Preferences page. If you're an admin, you can also turn off notifications for someone else.

- Select your login name at the top of any page and select My preferences.
- Go to the Email notifications section.
- To turn off notifications for pending payment approvals, clear the selection for Payment request under Requests for approval.
- To turn off notifications when a payment request you submit is approved or declined, clear the selection for Approved payment under Approval confirmations.
- Select Save.
Turn off supplier approval notifications for someone else (Admin)

- Go to Company > Admin > Users.
- Select Preferences on the appropriate user row.
- Go to the Email notifications section.
- To turn off notifications for pending payment approvals, clear the selection for Payment request under Requests for approval.
- To turn off notifications when a payment request you submit is approved or declined, clear the selection for Approved payment under Approval confirmations.
- Select Save.
