If you are not receiving payment approval notifications
The following are common reasons why you might not receive payment approval notifications.
Sage Intacct does not send notifications of payment request approval in the following circumstances:
- You have not configured your user preferences to send payment approval confirmations
- You’re both the submitter and the approver of the payment request
If you’re an entity-restricted user, you’ll receive notification that payment requests are pending your approval only when those payment requests were submitted at the entity level.
If the payment requests are submitted at the top level, you are not notified. If you have top-level access, you can still review and approve the payment requests in Approve payments, even if you do not receive notification that they are awaiting your approval.
