Clear trusted devices

Trusted devices are devices like a laptop or mobile phone where you can save your login information to log in automatically without needing to enter your username, password, or a verification code.

Next time the user attempts to log in from a computer they formerly trusted, we'll ask if they want to trust it again.

  1. Go to Company > Admin > Users, roles, and groups > Users.
  2. Select Edit beside a user record.
  3. On the User information page, select the 2-step verification tab.

  4. Select Remove below Trusted devices.

  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Verify your identity window, enter your account Password.

  7. Select Done.
