Edit user information

User information is editable, except for their user ID.

When updating a user's email address, update the related contact record first to avoid an information conflict.

If you need to edit a user's permissions, go to assign permissions to users.

  1. Go to Company > Admin > Users, roles, and groups and select Users.

  2. Find the user and select Edit.

  3. Select the User information tab.

    • Changing a user's User type might incur additional cost.

    • Learn more in the field descriptions.

  4. Save your changes.

  5. When the Verify your identity page appears, enter your password.
