View ignored bank transactions

Depending on your permissions, you can view ignored transactions from the following places.

View ignored transactions from the Bank transactions list

Create a custom view for ignored transactions.

  1. Go to Cash Management > All > Transactions > Bank transactions.

  2. In the Status column head, enter Ignored then press Enter on your keyboard.

View ignored transactions from the account record

View ignored transactions on the Banking cloud tab of the account record.

  1. Go to Cash Management > All or Setup > Accounts and select the required account type.

  2. Select the Bank transactions link next to the appropriate account.
  3. From the Transaction type dropdown list, select All.
  4. From the State dropdown list, select Ignored.
  5. Select Apply filters.
