CSI account criteria

When you register an account with CSI, you're required to provide company information and business verification. Not all Sage Intacct customers are eligible for CSI's services.

For example, CSI doesn't support accounts for businesses in the following industries:

  • Online/Internet gambling operators

  • Dealers in high value items such as precious metals, jewelry, or art

  • Sneakerheads - sneaker resalers

  • Adult entertainment

  • Debt collection

  • Electronic currency administrators and exchanges - virtual currency

  • Foreign banks

  • Pawn shops

  • Payday lenders or loan brokers engaged in predatory lending

  • Third-party payment providers

  • Cannabis including marijuana, CBD, and hemp dispensaries or related businesses

  • Money service businesses including brokers, mortgage companies, mutual funds, and financial institutions

In addition, CSI screens every application they receive. Your application might be denied if you can't provide all the information they require or if CSI is unable to verify the information that you give them.
