Delete an ownership structure

If an ownership structure is incorrect or no longer relevant, you can delete the ownership structure.

Deleting an ownership structure results in the deletion of all underlying period details and consolidation books.

Therefore, it's a best practice to be certain about deleting an ownership structure before doing so.

  1. Go to Consolidation > Setup > Ownership structures.
  2. Scroll down to the ownership structure that you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete next to the ownership structure.

    A prompt is shown, asking you to confirm the deletion.

  4. Select Delete.
