Email change requests—Construction
After you draft or post a change request, you can email it to recipients. In addition to customers and vendors, you can email anyone on your contact list. Email from the change request itself or from the change request list.
Before you can email a change request, post or save the change request as a draft.

- Go to Projects > All > Change requests.
- Find the change request that you want to email.

Select More actions > Print or email at the end of the row.
- Select Email.
- Preview the PDF attachment.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the To field.
- Select OK.
- Go to Projects > All > Change requests.
- Find the change request that you want to email.
- Select Print or email.
- Select Email.
- Preview the PDF attachment.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the To field.
- Select OK.
