To install the Sage People Integration package, you’ll begin, but will not complete, your subscription to the Sage People Integration in Sage Intacct.

The link to the Sage People Integration package is on the subscription page in Intacct. However, at this stage of the installation, it will not be possible for you to complete your subscription in Intacct. To complete your subscription, you must install the package in Sage People and configured it for the integration.

Install the Sage People Integration package

1. Log in to your Sage People org as an administrator.
2. Open a new browser or tab and log in to Intacct as an administrator.
3. In Intacct, go to Company > Admin > Subscriptions > Sage People Integration and turn the subscription toggle to on.
   The configuration page opens.
4. On the configuration page:

1. Select the environment that you’ll use (Production or Sandbox).

2. Select the Install package link for the Sage People Integration.
   A new browser window or tab opens.

5. On the Salesforce Install Sage People Integration page, select Install for Admins Only, and select Install.

6. After the package is installed, you’ll receive an email confirming the installation. The Install Intacct page displays a message that the installation is complete. Select Done.

Troubleshoot : Salesforce field limit has been reached

Some Salesforce organizations have reached a limit of custom relationship fields when installing the Sage People package. Salesforce has a limit of 40 fields per object, but if an organization has many packages and customizations, this limit can easily be reached and exceeded.

Workaround
