We're excited to announce an Early Adopter program for the timesheet experience. You can now access Sage Intelligent Time (SIT) directly from the Time and Expenses or Projects applications in Sage Intacct, eliminating the need to manage timesheets in a separate platform.
By embedding SIT within Intacct, users can effortlessly manage projects and leverage AI-powered timesheets in one place. Our commitment to optimizing workflow efficiency and user experience drives this exciting update.
What's Sage Intelligent Time?
SIT is an AI-powered timesheet solution for tracking time against projects. The AI intelligently gathers and organizes activities during your workday. Then, it suggests the activities for inclusion in your timesheets along with the associated client, project, and task information. With AI, users can track their time more accurately and efficiently while also maximizing billable time.
How does Sage Intelligent Time work?
With SIT, users have the option to connect time sources such as their calendars, email accounts, and the Time Assistant application. SIT uses these time sources to automatically track time for you throughout the workday. Then, the AI organizes the activities into suggestions that you can add to your timesheets. After continued use, the AI grows more intelligent and can also suggest which projects and tasks the activities should be allocated to.
SIT was designed with privacy at its core. It doesn't take screenshots, track keystrokes, or gather any location data. You always have complete control over your data and timesheets. SIT's AI simply acts as a helpful assistant that provides suggestions.
What's the Early Adopter program?
The Early Adopter program provides new functionality to a specific set of customers who need to use timesheets. During this release, these early adopters will help us refine our offering to deliver the functionality that's critical for business controls.
The Early Adopter program is closely monitored. We work closely with the early adopters to ensure that we focus our time and attention on what matters most to you.

Sage Intelligent Time is compatible with most web-based calendars, email, browsers, and desktop applications, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Outlook 365, Slack, and more. It does not work with server-based email systems. Sage Intelligent Time Assistant (desktop plug-in) requirements:
