Memo reclassification change

When you reclassify an AP purchase invoice and change the memo, the memo is now updated on the corresponding AP purchase invoice payment in addition to the AP purchase invoice. If the AP purchase invoice was posted to a period that is now closed, you cannot update the memo field.
