Troubleshoot automated transaction usage
The following topic explains common problems that you might encounter when viewing automated transaction usage in Subscription usage.
Verify that you are running the subscription usage report for the same time period that's being invoiced. If you are being billed for more transactions than you see, ask your designated support user to call Sage Intacct customer support to open a case.
If you are being billed for a lower amount than you expect, the discrepancy will be resolved in a future invoice.
