The following table describes the fields on the AP account label information page:

AP account label |
The name the system uses to refer to the label. After you create the AP account label, this field is not editable. This field does not support the following special characters: < > @ # & " \ '` ; = |

Account number |
The general ledger account to which the label refers. This is typically an expense account. |

AP account |
The general ledger account where the system posts offsets to items posted to this label. This is typically a payables account. |

Whether users can select the account label in transactions. |
