Select a permissions template for a user
Select a permissions template that closely resembles the permissions that you want to assign users to set them up quickly. A permissions template is a base of selected permissions that you can assign to users.
When you select a permissions template for a user, specific permissions are automatically applied for whichever template you choose. After a permissions template is selected, you have the option of editing the permissions to manage a user's access to applications.
Also, you can review the User-based permissions templates topics to see which specific permissions are related to these templates.
