View Fixed Assets Management usage

View the Subscription Usage page for Fixed Assets Management to see the number of assets that are subject to billing.

From the Subscription Usage page, you can view the following:

  • A monthly summary, which shows the count of new and total assets from the last 3 months.

  • A filterable asset history list, which provides details such as the creation date, creator, and entity.

All assets regardless of state or status contribute to the total count. Deleted assets are not included.

A subscription to Fixed Assets Management is required to view this page.

View subscription usage

  1. Go to CompanyAdminUsage metricsSubscription usage.

  2. Select the Fixed Assets Management tab, if you're not already there.

  3. Select a month.

    The Asset history table displays.

  4. To filter the Asset history table:

    1. Select a date in the From and To fields.

    2. Select Apply.

    As a filtering shortcut, you can select a month name in the Monthly summary to view only assets created during that month.
  5. To filter other columns:
    1. Enter an exact value in the Date created or Created by columns.
    2. Select Enter on the keyboard.

Monthly summary section

Monthly summary section field descriptions
Field Description
Month

The last 3 months. Select a month name to view and filter the Asset history table by that month.

If no assets were created in a month, then that month is not listed.
New assets The number of assets that were created that month. It does not include assets that were deleted.
Total assets

The total number of assets in the application that month. It does not include assets that were deleted.

Asset history section

Asset history section field descriptions
Field Description

From and To

Select a date range using the From and To fields and then select Apply to filter the Asset history table by date.
Asset The asset ID and name.
Date created The date when the asset was created.
Created by

The ID of the user that created the asset.

If the asset was imported or created from an AP purchase invoice, then it's the ID of the user that performed that action.

Entity The entity where the asset was created.
