The following is a list of possible bank feed statuses.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
|
Pending confirmation |
The account is pending user confirmation in Sage Intacct. Select Confirm on the Banking cloud tab. Make sure that this is the correct account, because the disconnection and reconnection process can take time. Alternatively, select Cancel and go through the connection process again to select a different bank account. |
|
Pending |
For banks using SISS or preferred standard connections. The connection is pending until the bank confirms the connection. There's no action to take in Sage Intacct. |
|
Auth required |
For banks using multi-factor authentication. Your bank requires that you reauthorize your login credentials for security reasons. After you reauthorize, the bank feed status returns to Connected and you receive a bank feed. |
|
Verifying auth |
For banks using multi-factor authentication. The bank is authorizing your login credentials as accurate. There's no action to take in Sage Intacct. |
|
Connection requested |
There is no connection and no request has been made. This might have happened when you were trying to connect to a bank feed and the browser closed or your internet connection was disrupted. Depending on where you were in the connection process, you either need to search for your bank again or select the bank you were trying to connect to. To continue the connection process, Edit the account and on the Banking cloud tab select Continue or Connect. |
|
Connected |
The account is connected to a bank feed. Are you connected but missing transactions? |
|
Disconnecting |
After you select Disconnect, your bank is alerted that you want to stop receiving a bank feed. The rest of the disconnection process depends on actions by the bank. Depending on the type of connection, if yours is an AUS or UK bank, this process can take some time. For security reasons, we wait up to 5 days after the bank disconnects until we update the bank feed status. The entire disconnection process can take up to a few weeks. |
|
Canceling |
If your bank feed status was Pending confirmation, this status appears after you select Cancel on the Banking cloud tab. You might need to do this if you realize you chose the wrong account to connect to and want to start the connection process over again. |
