View the audit trail in Fixed Assets Management

An audit trail is available on the following records in Fixed Assets Management:

  • Assets

  • Asset classifications

You can use the audit trail to track who modified the record, when it was changed, and what the change was. Learn more about the standard audit trail.

  • Asset: List, View

  1. Go to Fixed Assets Management > All > Assets.

  2. Find the asset that you want to audit.

  3. Select the asset's name to view it.

  4. At the top right of the page, select More actions > View audit trail.
