Sage Intacct certifications

Sage Intacct offers a variety of certifications designed to validate the expertise of our partners and customers. You can register for courses and certifications in Sage University. If you do not have a Sage University account, you can create one in just a few steps. See Connect to Sage University for instructions.

Sage University offers the Sage Intacct Accounting Specialist Certification Assessment for all accounting specialists who perform financial transactions and generate reports using Intacct.

Certification for customers

We offer a certification for Sage Intacct customers. Completion of the Sage Intacct Fundamentals course is highly recommended prior to taking the assessment.

Sage Intacct Accounting Specialist Certification

The Sage Intacct Accounting Specialist Certification is open to customers who perform financial transactions and generate reports using Intacct.

The certification exam assesses your knowledge of Intacct and the skills outlined in the certification guide. After passing the exam, you'll receive a certificate and a badge. You can add these to your email signature, LinkedIn profile, and other platforms to enhance your professional brand and showcase your skills.

You can register for certification in Sage University. If you do not have a Sage University account, you can create one in just a few steps. See Connect to Sage University for instructions.

If you’re a partner, there’s an equivalent certification for Accounting Consultants. You do not need both certifications.

  1. Visit the Sage Intacct page in Sage University.

  2. Under Access complimentary training, select View complimentary courses.

  3. Find the Get Certified tile under Core Learning and select View details to learn more.

  4. Review the linked certification guide to get prepared.

    Completion of the Sage Intacct Fundamentals course is highly recommended prior to taking the assessment.

  5. When you’re ready, select Request to register for the assessment.

Certified Accounting Consultant

The Accounting Consultant Certification is a recognition of partners who demonstrate a deep understanding of our accounting software. It’s a great way to validate your expertise in this area. To earn this certification, you’ll need to complete the required training and pass a certification exam.

Accounting consultants might also be interested in in the Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP), that gives you access to people, tools, and resources to help you be successful using Sage Intacct as well as growing your own practice. Certified Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant Certification is designed to recognize partners who excel at setting up and customizing Sage Intacct. It’s a great way to showcase your expertise and skills. To earn this certification, you’ll need to complete the required training and pass a certification exam.
