Intacct Collaboration Center

Intacct Collaborate is a powerful collaboration solution that allows employees to connect, collaborate, share files, data, and expertise. Use Collaborate to tear down communication barriers and help your company grow and succeed as a team.

Connect, engage, and motivate employees to work efficiently across the organization regardless of role or location. Collaborate creates a space that:

  • Provides a forum for anyone to share insights and propose new ideas.
  • Connects product teams with direct feedback from customers, products, and campaigns.

Use Intacct Collaborate features, such as feeds, profiles, and groups, to share information, collaborate, and keep up with the latest changes in your company. You can review what's happening across your company at a glance, then jump directly to the transactions, records, or people that need attention first.

To see what's happening each day:

  • Access the Intacct Collaboration Center by hovering over the Collaboration Center icon (Collaboration Center), then select View all in the Collaboration Center. The number shown in the Collaboration Center icon (Collaboration Center) is the number of new posts to you in the last 24 hours. This number updates, but cannot be cleared.
  • OR

  • Add a Collaboration Feed to your default dashboard.

Follow people or groups

To follow a:

  • Person: Select People, then Follow to the right of their name. Learn more at: Intacct Collaborate People.
  • Group: Select Groups, then Join to the right of the group's name. Learn more at Intacct Collaborate Groups.
  • Record, transaction, or other object: Go to the record or transaction, then below in the Intacct Collaborate area, select Follow.

Review posts

  • What you've chosen to follow: Under Feed, select What I Follow.
  • Directed at you: Under Feed, select To Me (or hover over the Collaborate icon at the top of the page).
  • Everything: Under Feed, select All Company.

Use @mentions

Like other social media platforms, you can use @mentions to bring your posts to the attention of a specific person or group.

How to make an @mention:

  1. When you write a post, type @ followed by the first few letters of the person or group name.
  2. Select the person or group from the list of matches.
    The list includes all matches for:
    • People, including people you do not follow.

    • Public groups.

    • Private groups you’re a member of.

    • You can have up to 25 mentions in a single post or comment. You can’t mention archived groups, or private groups you’re not a member of.
  3. Select Share to post your update.
