Print reports, report groups, and graphs

Reports and report groups can be printed to a PDF file for better security and easy distribution. PDF (portable document format) is a standard way of sharing reports, while ensuring that the report retains the desired formatting.

You can print reports and report groups directly to PDF. Your printed reports include the date and time when they were printed.

If you or a team member do not already have a PDF view installed on your computer, see the instructions to Install the Adobe Acrobat Viewer.

Print a financial report

  1. Go to Reports > All .
  2. Select Core > Financial reports.
  3. From the list of reports, locate the report and select Run.
  4. If prompted, include any additional information, such as location or department.
  5. Select Print to print the report to PDF.

Print a custom report

  1. Go to Reports > All.
  2. Select Reports > Custom reports.
  3. From the list of reports, locate the report and select Run.
  4. If prompted, include any additional information, such as location or department.
  5. Expand the Select Report Type dropdown and choose Printable.
  6. Select OK.

Print a list of report group members

This procedure prints a list of the report group members to PDF. It does not print a report.

  1. Select Reports on the menu bar.
  2. Go to Reports > Setup > More > Report groups.
  3. From the list of report groups, locate the group and select View report.
  4. If prompted, include any additional information, such as location or department.
  5. Select Print.

Print a financial graph

You can print a financial graphs to a PDF file for distribution, as well as adding it to a dashboard.

  1. Go to Reports > All.
  2. Select Reports > Financial graphs.
  3. From the list, locate the graph and select Printable (PDF).
  4. If prompted, include any additional information, such as location or department.
  5. Select OK.
