SaaS Intelligence
SaaS Intelligence is a fully automated solution that integrates with Sage Intacct to track your committed monthly recurring revenue (CMRR). Understanding this critical metric helps you understand why your subscription base is or is not growing.
SaaS Intelligence is built on the Sage Intacct platform and is designed for both the Order Entry and Contracts applications. The solution can access financial data posted directly to General Ledger. Your subscription data appears on customizable dashboards made up of performance cards, reports, and charts showing over 25 categories, including the following:
- New
- Renewed
- Downgrade
- Uplift
- Churn
From the dashboard data, you can drill down all the way to individual transactions to help you make sense of the trends affecting your company.
