Name

Enter a name for the geofence.

Type

Select the type of geofence. The following options are:

• Radius: Geofence is defined by a center point and distance. If you select this option, also select a unit.

• Polygon: Geofence is defined by multiple latitude and longitude coordinates.

Latitude

The latitude of the geofence.

Enter the latitude.

Longitude

The longitude of the geofence.

Enter the longitude.

Linked project, customer, or location

Select a project, customer, or location to link to the geofence.

Assigned users or groups

Assign employees to geofences to ensure that they clock in or out within the virtual boundaries.

Select an employee or employee group.

Enforcement mode

Select the enforcement mode for the geofence.

The following options are:

• Allow with warning

Create

Select to set virtual boundaries using geofences.

Cancel

Select to cancel creating or editing a geofence.

Save

Select to save a geofence.
