Change the data retention period for time sources—Sage Intelligent Time

SIT retains data from your connected accounts to help improve how activities are assigned. Reducing the retention period of data might impact the quality of these predictions and, consequently, the accuracy of and the time it takes for you to complete your timesheets. You can change the data retention setting at any time.

Your SIT admin has set a default data retention period for your company. You can select the default your admin has set, or use a smaller time period.

  1. Go to TimeAll > Time sources.

  2. In the Connected time sources table, go to the ""menu and select Data retention period.

  3. Select a data retention period from the dropdown menu.

  4. Select Save.
