Team member field mapping—Sage People Integration

Data between Sage Intacct and Sage People is synchronized by mapping fields from one application to the other. A standard set of field mappings is provided as part of the Sage People Integration. You can use standard field mappings or create custom mappings between Intacct and Salesforce.

Pause synchronization

Before configuring sync options, Sage Intacct recommends disabling all synchronization with Sage People while you make changes.

When you’re done making sync changes, return to the Sage People Integration subscription page and re-enable synchronization.

Team member standard field mapping

Sage People Team Members synchronize with Intacct Employees.

To open standard field mapping for team members:

1. Log in to Intacct as an administrator.

2. Go to Company > Admin > Subscriptions > Sage People Integration and select Configure.

3. In Synchronization options, in the Team members section, select the Team members link. The field mapping dialog opens.
