Bank feed connection upgrade for some UK banks
We're making some changes to UK bank feeds and upgrading to a new connection powered by Sage.
If you haven't updated your bank feed connection recently, it's possible you might need to make the change. You should have been contacted by your account manager but if you're unsure, contact customer support. Be sure to make the switch before the October 1, 2023 deadline.
The following banks are affected:

How it works
To switch to the new connection, disconnect your account from the current bank feed and re-connect to the new connection.

Finalize your most recent reconciliation.
Disconnecting from your current connection removes all bank transactions from an open reconciliation, so make sure to complete this step.

If you bank with HSBC, contact your bank representative to let them know that you will be disconnecting from the bank feed.

Disconnect from the bank feed.

Connect using the new bank connection.
Look for the connection that says "Connection powered by Sage".
