Delete or deactivate vendors

Deactivating unused or duplicate vendors to remove them from dropdown menus and lists across your company. You can delete a vendor only if it's not linked to any transactions or payments.

If you have duplicate vendor records, you cannot merge them but you can deactivate the duplicate.
