Turn on dunning notices
Step 1: Enable dunning notices functionality

Go to Accounts Receivable > Setup > Configuration.

In the Enable functionality section, select Enable dunning notices.

Select Save.
Step 2: Assign user or role permissions

After dunning is enabled, assign user permissions or role permissions to each user or role that will set up or use dunning.
If you use role-based permissions, you can create a new role to assign dunning permissions to individual users.

For dunning setup, assign the following permissions:

Dunning levels: List, View, Add, Edit, Delete

Printed document templates: List, View, Add, Edit

Email templates: List, View, Add, Edit

For users who send dunning notices, assign the following permissions:

Print or email dunning notices: Run, List, View
