Construction Manager user type

The Construction Manager user type is available with a Construction subscription. Construction Managers have the following permissions and access:

  • Full access to Projects, including the ability to generate and post project invoices.

  • Full access to Time, Expenses, and Purchasing.

  • Limited access to Order Entry.

You can also set up Construction Managers with full access to Sage Construction Management.

Construction Manager vs. Project Manager

If you subscribe to the Projects application, you'll find that Construction Managers have the same access rights as Project Managers, plus the ability to generate and post project invoices.

If you subscribe to Projects and Construction, both the Project Manager and Construction Manager user types are available.
