Add a logo to checks
Promote your brand while paying your vendors. The logo appears on the upper left of each check, payment copy, and manual check. The logo aligns with the top of your company address, 10 pixels to the left.
The image must be 50 x 50 pixels or smaller and there's a 10,000 byte limit. We do not scale or re-size logos.
Preprinted checks do not support custom logos. To add a custom logo, use blank check stock.
Logo guidelines
For best results, follow the below logo requirements and recommendations:
- JPG, GIF, or PNG.
- Color or black-and-white.
- Simple background: a white background works best.
- High-quality image: anything blurry or distorted prints poorly.

Go to Cash Management > All or Setup > Accounts > Checking.
- Find the account that you want to edit.

Select More actions > Edit at the end of the row.

Select Print logo.

To upload a logo to use on your checks, or to replace a previously uploaded logo:

Select Upload logo.

Select Choose file, find the logo you want to use and then select Upload.

To remove a saved company logo, select Remove company logo.

Select Save.

Go to Cash Management > All or Setup > Accounts > Checking.
- Select Edit next to the appropriate account.
- On the Check printing tab in the Company address and logo section, select Print Logo.
- Select Upload logo, then select and upload the file.
- Select Save on the Checking account information page.
