MineralTree account criteria

When you register an account with MineralTree, you're required to provide company information and business verification. Not all Sage Intacct customers are eligible for payment services.

For example, MineralTree does not support the following business types:

  • Shell banks

  • US Treasury OFAC list entities or sanctioned individuals

  • Used vehicle exporters

  • Foreign used vehicle importers

  • Payday or Title lenders

  • Select money services that have 50% or more revenue from check cashers, money transmitters, currency dealers or exchangers, issuing, selling, or redeeming of traveler's checks, money orders, stored value cards, and prepaid gift cards

  • Cryptocurrency dealers, exchangers, or transmitters

  • Foreign money services

  • Foreign private investment companies (PICs)

  • Foreign and domestic correspondent banks

  • Foreign casino and bingo operations

  • Foreign third-party payment processors

  • Foreign securities and commodities firms

  • International business corporations (IBCs)

  • Accounts structured to obscure ownership identity

  • Deposit brokers

  • Embassies and foreign consulates

  • Custody accounts for third party managers

  • Internet gambling providers

  • Third-party payment processors with customers in mail order, telephone order, telemarketers, offshore companies, online gambling related operations, prepaid travel, payday lenders, or adult entertainment businesses

  • Businesses that manufacture, distribute, or dispense marijuana

  • Adult entertainment businesses or venues

  • Advertisers or facilitators of escort services (excluding safety escorts)

In addition, In addition, MineralTree screens every application they receive. Your application might be denied if you cannot provide all the information they require or if MineralTree is unable to verify the information that you give them.
