View renewal notifications—Contracts

Renewal failure notification emails are sent to the email address defined as the Main contact in the Company Information page. Intacct sends the failure notifications on the renewal trigger date.

Any renewal notifications to internal users or customers are sent to the contacts specified in the email template defined in the applicable renewal template.

Business users with Admin privileges can view all renewal notifications.

To view all renewal notifications:

  1. Go to Company > Admin > History and reports > Email delivery history.

  2. If you don't see any renewal notification emails, select Show All Emails in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Find the renewal email whose details you want to view.
  4. Select More actionsView at the end of the row.

  3. Select View next to a renewal email to view any details.
