Transactions posted from a recurring journal entry
You can see the instances of a recurring journal entry that have been created (posted). To view recurring journal entry transactions, use the Recurring Journal Entry list. For more information, see View and Manage Recurring Journal Entry Lists.

View posted transactions
- On the application menu bar, go to General Ledger > All > Journal entries > Recurring to display a list of recurring journal entries.
- On the Recurring Journal Entry list, find the journal entry with the transactions you want to see, and under the Posted column, select the number link.
- Only items with a number 1 or greater have active links.
- Sage Intacct displays a list of journal entries created by the recurring journal entry. This is a subset of the standard Journal Entry list and functions in the same way.
- To close the list of created journal entry transactions, select Done.
View the execution log
- On the Recurring Journal Entry list, next to the entry for which you want to view execution history, under the Last posted result column, select Success or Failed. Intacct displays the execution log for that recurring journal entry.
- To view the current status of failed transactions, under Execution status, select View status. An information page displays the status for that entry along with an error log explaining why the entry failed.
- If you've corrected the errors and want to attempt the journal entry again, select Resubmit.
- To close the execution log or the information page, select Done.To save the record in a print format, select Print to…, and then select PDF. Or to save the newly created record in an XML format for use in a custom application, select Print to…, and then select XML.
