Intacct Collaborate—User preferences

To use Intacct Collaborate and Salesforce together, enter your Salesforce login information. This lets your Intacct posts, comments, and other collaboration automatically flow into your Salesforce organization.

To access your user preferences:

  • Select your login name at the top of any Sage Intacct page and select My preferences.
Preference option Description

Salesforce username

Enter the name that you use to log in to Salesforce.

When you select Save, we ask you to verify your:

  • Salesforce password: the one you use to log in.
  • Salesforce security token: Salesforce sends this to you by email. If you do not have that email, log in to Salesforce to reset your security token and receive a new one.

Profile picture

The photo that appears next to your Collaborate posts.

Upload picture

Select a different profile picture.

Email me when someone:

Select which actions send you an email notification:

  • Select a checkbox to receive an email alert.
  • Clear a checkbox to cancel email alerts.

Actions are:

  • Posts on my profile page
  • Comments on any of my posts or comments
  • Posts or comments on a record I follow
  • The '@' symbol mentions me in posts or comments

Email me on activity in the following groups I belong to:

Email notification settings for the groups you belong to.

  • Select a checkbox to receive an email alert.
  • Clear a checkbox to cancel email alerts.
