Subscribe to Intacct Collaborate
This option extends Salesforce Chatter functionality from your existing Salesforce organization to Intacct. This option requires some changes to your Salesforce organization before you can subscribe to and configureIntacct Collaborate.
To set up and administer Intacct Collaborate, you must have the following permissions.

After Intacct Collaborate is enabled, all user types have automatic access to Intacct Collaborate.
Follow these steps to extend Salesforce Chatter into Intacct.
To subscribe to and configure Intacct Collaborate:
- Go to Company > Admin > Subscriptions > Intacct Collaborate and select the toggle icon.
- Select Subscribe in the pop-up.
- Read the Intacct Collaborate Service Agreement. If you agree to the terms, select Accept.
- On the Intacct Collaborate Setup page, select Extend Chatter from your Salesforce organization to Intacct.
If you previously configured Intacct Collaborate for your Intacct company, select Enable collaboration features. This option is not available unless you previously configured Intacct Collaborate. - Enter the Salesforce administrator username.
You granted Salesforce permission to this user in Grant Intacct Collaborate permission to a Salesforce Administrator - Save your subscription and configuration options.
After Intacct Collaborate is enabled in Intacct, all users have access to Collaborate. You can return to the Intacct Collaborate subscription page to exclude users from Collaborate as needed.
Add Salesforce usernames to Intacct
After you extend Salesforce Chatter to Intacct, each Intacct user needs a user license for the Salesforce Platform (or higher) edition to use Intacct Collaborate. Each Intacct user who will use Intacct Collaborate must enter their Salesforce username in Intacct.
Instruct your users to Add Salesforce usernames to Intacct to begin using Intacct Collaborate in Intacct.
