Enhanced email delivery service domain settings—Practice or Console

You can allow Sage Intacct to send invoice, statement, and other emails on behalf of your domain to your customers. Sending emails with your domain as the sender keeps the branding of your company consistent and increases the likelihood that customers will receive your emails. Your own email domain is likely already known as a safe sender in your customer's email application.

To change your practice or console security features and settings, go to My practice or Console > More > Configuration > Security tab, then select Edit.

Console-level email domain validation for partners

Partners who send email on behalf of multiple client companies can now validate an email domain at the console level. When you validate a domain at the console level, that validation automatically applies to all companies linked to the console.

Console-level domain validation reduces the number of DNS records that you need to manage while continuing to support secure, compliant email delivery.

Benefits of console-level validations

  • One-time domain validation: Validate an email domain once at the console level instead of creating a separate TXT record for each company.

  • Reduced DNS record management: Minimize the number of DNS TXT records required and avoid potential DNS provider limits.

  • Maintained email security and compliance: Continue to support secure, compliant email sending and reliable delivery.

  • Company-scoped email logging: Email logs remain specific to each individual company, even when domain validation is shared at the console level.

See Enhanced email delivery service domain settings for more information about setting up DKIM authentication for your email domains.
