Edit a custom view
You can edit a custom view to include or exclude columns, set other filters, or sort differently. However, you cannot edit a custom view name.

For the object that you want to create a custom view: List |

Go to the list page of interest.
For example, to edit a custom view for the Customer list, go to Accounts Receivable > All > Customers.

Select the All dropdown and select a custom view.

Select the Manage views dropdown and select Edit.
Include or exclude columns

Select the wizard dropdown menu and select Select columns.
Step 1: Select the columns to include in your view, appears.

Select columns to be included and deselect columns to be excluded in the view.

Select Save.
Change the column order

Select the wizard dropdown menu and select Select column sequence.
Step 2: Select column sequence, appears.

To set the column order, drag and drop columns in your preferred order.

To rename a column, select in the column text field and enter a new name.

Select Save.
Change the filters

Select the wizard dropdown menu and choose Select filters.
Step 3: Select filters, appears.

In the Columns dropdown, select a column to filter by.
The column does not have to be one of the columns displayed in your view.

In the Operator dropdown, select an operator.
Standard operators apply, such as Less than, Greater than, Equals, and more.

In Value, enter the text or number you want to filter by.

Select Save.

Change the sort order
The item at the top will be sorted by first, then the second item, and so on.

Select the wizard dropdown menu and select Sort results.
Step 4: Sort your results, appears.

Drag and drop rows to set the order in which the view is sorted.

For each column you want to sort by, select Ascending, Descending, or None.

Select Save.
