Advanced retainage—Construction

Advanced retainage extends standard retainage calculations by supporting both single-rate and multi-rate (tiered) withholding rules. This flexibility lets you apply simple percentages or define multi-step retainage calculations at the document or line level to help meet complex regional requirements.

Construction subscription is needed. To enable a Construction subscription, contact your Sage Intacct account manager. Regional support for Construction is limited to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
