View project billing information

Construction subscription is needed. To enable a Construction subscription, contact your Sage Intacct account manager. Regional support for Construction is limited to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

View complete billing information from a project. You can view project invoices and retainage release invoices assigned to a project. You can also view payments, credits, and adjustments used to pay for a project.

The following are project invoices:

  • Accounts Receivable invoices

  • Order Entry invoices

  • Project generate invoices

If you do not see the Project invoices tab, an admin must enable the tab. Go to Enable tabs to display on projects for more information.

  • Projects: List and View
  1. Go to Projects > All > Projects.
  2. Find a project in the list.
  3. Select More actions > View at the end of the row.

  4. Select the Project invoices tab.

    Displays project invoices and retainage release invoices assigned to the project and payments used to pay for project.
    If this is the root project, you can select the Show all checkbox to display children of the project that also have project invoices, retainage release invoices, and payments.
  1. Go to Projects > All > Projects.
  2. Find a project in the list and select View.

  3. Select the Project invoices tab.
