Order column groups—CRW

You can only perform this task if you chose the Grouping format in the Enable grouping step.

You can specify the priority of groups when they’re sorted. Items are sorted by column order, the first column, then by the second column, and so on. The sorting order creates multiple levels of summary information.

Sort order

This task demonstrates how to specify the column priority so the more important data is shown first.

Select the position radio button next to the column that you want to move.
If a column has child columns, select the Include children checkbox to enable this feature.
Use the arrows labeled Top, Up, Down, and Bottom to change the sort priority of the column.

Ascending or descending

Specify how each column sorts the data displayed in the following way:

Use the dropdown menu to select Ascending, Descending, or None to specify how the data appears in the columns.
