Font size in reports and dashboards

When viewing reports and dashboards, you might want to increase the font size to make reading easier. Font size is not natively customizable within all Sage Intacct applications, but there are ways to increase font size when viewing financial, standard, custom reports, and dashboards.

Increase a font size in reports

• Use the zoom feature on your browser or PDF viewer: Most browsers and PDF viewers have a zoom feature that increases the size of the font on the page. Use the browser zoom when viewing reports in HTML or the PDF viewer zoom feature when viewing reports as a PDF file. See the help for your browser or viewer to learn how to use this feature.
• Use the UI adjustment feature: Intacct provides a method to adjust font size and spacing when viewing on the page reports. Select Settings at the upper right of the report to see the adjustment options (Compact, Moderate, or Relaxed display).
• Use the application formatting for exported reports: Exporting reports to applications such as Excel^© provides native application formatting. Open the report in the application, select all of the report content, and use the application's formatting to increase the formatting.

Font sizes in dashboards

Some components can be limited in size, such as a list of customers might show only 20 rows.

• Select Search to display all the data in a new window.
• For some components you can adjust the general font size (for charts), number of rows, and set the height.

• Want to make the component itself larger or smaller? Select Settings.

  You'll see the Settings icon only if you have permissions to edit the dashboard. For performance cards, Settings appears when you hover over the card with your mouse.

While you cannot make the font size larger on the dashboard, you can use your browser's Zoom feature to make the font appear larger.
