Cancel your subscription—Sage People Integration

If you cancel your Sage People Integration subscription, all configuration options and all mappings between Intacct and Sage People will be erased.

Your Intacct records and Sage People records will not be erased. The mappings between fields and the ability to sync records WILL be erased if you cancel your subscription.

If you choose to uninstall the Sage People Integration package in Sage People, you can be required to revert any customizations and delete data that used package components.

First cancel your subscription to the Sage People Integration, then uninstall the package from your Sage People Salesforce organization.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Log in to Intacct as an administrator.
  2. Go to Company > Admin > Subscriptions > Sage People Integration.

  3. Slide the toggle switch for the Sage People Integration subscription to off.
  4. An alert opens to verify that you want to cancel your subscription. Select Cancel subscription.
    Intacct cancels your subscription to the Sage People Integration.
  5. Log in to your Sage People Salesforce environment as an administrator.
  6. From Setup, enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find box and select Installed Packages.
  7. Select Uninstall next to the Sage Intacct People Integration package.
    You’ll be asked to confirm the uninstall.
  8. Select Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components and select Uninstall.
  • If there are objects from the Sage People Integration package still in use, a list will appear at the top of this page. Remove any objects in use by the Sage People Integration from your Sage People Salesforce organization before you can uninstall the package.
