Print one 1099 form for all or multiple entities from the top level company
How you print one 1099 form for all entities from the top level depends on your multi-entity configuration.
If your company is not configured to issue a separate 1099 per entity, you automatically print one 1099 form for all entities.
- Go to Accounts Payable > All > 1099s > 1099 form.
- Follow the instructions for printing 1099s.
If your company is configured to issue a separate 1099 per entity, use location groups to print one form for multiple entities. For example, you might have multiple entities with the same federal tax ID.
- Create a Location group that contains all entities.
- Go to Accounts Payable > All > 1099s > 1099 form.
- Select the location group from the Entity or entity group dropdown.
- Follow the rest of the instructions for printing 1099s.
