Print one 1099 form per page

Most 1099 forms print information for two 1099 vendors or employees per page. The 1099-NEC, 1099-G, 1099-PATR, and 1099-S forms print information for three vendors or employees per page. However, you can still print one 1099 form per page if you wish.

1. Go to Accounts Payable > All > 1099s > 1099 form.
2. On the Form 1099 page, select the vendor or employee in the From and To fields.
3. Click Print.
