Benefits Administration Decision Support

Benefits Administration Decision Support helps your employees confidently select the benefit offerings that are right for them with a personalized approach. Through a series of questions and steps, individual needs are uncovered to determine which benefits are the best fit for the employee.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition WOTC Service

The Recruitment and Talent Acquisition WOTC (work opportunity tax credit) Service helps you increase screening compliance and capture more tax savings across more eligible applicants.

The WOTC feature offers comprehensive applicant screening along with the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition module. You can target hiring credits and check eligibility across multiple WOTC categories and state programs to help get the maximum credit available.

HR Assist

HR Assist provides expertise and best practice-based solutions for everyday human resources (HR) issues. You'll get a dedicated support team of experienced, certified HR professionals providing expertise and documentation for HR operations including:

  • Phone and email access to an HR support team

  • A comprehensive database of commonly asked HR questions with answers

  • HR forms and documents

  • An employee handbook building wizard

  • HR toolkits with step-by-step best practice guidelines, essential forms and documents, and related policies

Timekeeping Kiosk

With the Timekeeping Kiosk, your employees can enter time using a shared device such as a table. The Timekeeping Kiosk design is similar to a traditional time clock, and the app works with both Android and iOS devices.

The Timekeeping Kiosk provides multiple ways to authenticate users when clocking time, including the following:

  • Facial recognition

  • Employee ID

  • Fingerprint scan

  • In addition, iOS users can set up voice commands for a touchless experience.

Voice of the Employee

With Voice of the Employee, you can collect feedback from employees and gauge their sentiment throughout the employee life cycle. The response analytics provide insight to help you make more informed decisions.
