We're always looking to make Sage Intacct Real Estate easier to use, and we've made the following changes that we think you'll like.

Better performance

We've made some changes behind the scenes to improve performance and eliminate timeouts when processing a large number of records in the following listings:

  • Property

  • Leases

  • Units

  • Tenants

Ease of use

You'll see tool tips to the following locations:

  • Lease Activation page

  • Terminate Leases page

  • Lease Search field

    These tool tips contain helpful information to guide you through the tasks that you need to complete.

  • When creating or updating a lease, the tenant and location lookup fields in Sage Intacct are now automatically filled in. This feature saves you time and ensures accurate data transfers between systems.

  • We've improved the process for extracting data for reporting, analysis, and sharing purposes. You can now easily sort and export listings of properties, tenants, units, and leases.

Notification when things go wrong

  • General ledger accounts are now validated to help maintain data integrity and accuracy.

  • When you have multiple pages of management fees, and there's an error on a page, a notification will alert you to the problem. You'll see the notification, even if you're not viewing the page with the error, so that you can quickly find and address it.

  • When invoice generation or lease activation fails, a notification appears when the related error message so that you can identify and resolve the problem.

  • You're now promptly alerted if an attempt to delete a tenant fails.
