Sage Intacct Mateo supports endowment accounting

Sage Intacct Mateo is a cloud-based application that provides diocesan organizations a solution to support their savings and loans program for parishes and schools. The real-time, transaction-level integration with Sage Intacct streamlines the diocese’s accounting and reporting needs.

Sage Intacct Mateo supports accounting and reporting for endowments. We've added the following features:

Savings account class: Select Permanently Restricted in the Class Restriction field to turn on all endowment accounting and reporting features for the class.
- Savings adjustments: We've added two new Adjustment types:
  - Profit Share
  - Unrestricted Deposits
Restricted and available balance: The restricted and available balances are visible on all savings transaction pages. Only the available balance is available for withdrawals and transfers.
Bank Statements: Savings statements for endowment savings accounts are formatted differently than the standard savings statement. The following items are reported separately:
- Restricted balances
- Available balances
- Transactions that impact restricted and available balances
The separate reporting helps you easily identify each balance and what has contributed to that balance each month.
