Improvements to Statements List screens

Sage Intacct Mateo is a cloud-based application that provides diocesan organizations a solution to support their savings and loans program for parishes and schools. The real-time, transaction-level integration with Sage Intacct streamlines the diocese’s accounting and reporting needs.

You'll see the following changes when using the Statements List screens for savings and loan accounts.

• Filtered list: To improve system responsiveness, the Statement List is automatically filtered to include only the last statement period for which interest and statements have been generated.

• Filtering options: The following filtering options have been added:

  • Customer: You can filter the list to view all statements for a specific customer.

  • Savings account: You can filter the list to view all statements for a specific savings account.

  • Select All: Select the Select All option in the dropdown menu to include all statements in the list.

  • Statement Period – From and To: To filter by a specific range, select the From period or the To period.

• Email Checkbox: The email checkbox is no longer visible for accounts if the Do Not Email Statement checkbox is selected in the savings and loan account screens.

• Generate Checkbox: The Generate checkbox is visible only after a statement has been reversed. Also, the checkbox is not visible for closed savings accounts.

• Reverse Checkbox: The Reverse checkbox is visible only for active savings accounts.
