New Reporting areas for ICRW and IVE

Interactive Custom Report Writer (ICRW) and Interactive Visual Explorer (IVE) offer two new reporting areas for enhanced tracking and managing of Construction projects.

  • Project Contract Billing Detail: This reporting area enables you to aggregate Order Entry invoice amounts and related information by project contract line. This reporting area is used to generate formatted construction invoice documents for project contract billings.

  • Payroll Report Tax Setup: This reporting area enables you to categorize and setup information for payroll report taxes to extend construction payroll reporting. The fields include Tax ID, State/Province, Reporting level (Federal, State, Local), Tax category (WC, SUI, SIT, etc.), and Tax type.

How to select a reporting area

One of the first things you do when you create an ICRW report or IVE visualization is to select a reporting area. A reporting area correlates with data objects. Each reporting area provides specialized data options that you can choose to include in your report or visualization.

  1. Review the Reporting areas reference for descriptions of the available reporting areas to determine which one provides the data best suited for your report.
