Drill down from stored financial reports

Analyze your data at any level of detail from stored financial reports. You can drill down to transaction level details in the same way you can for reports that are not stored.

Details

Stored reports show information from the time when the report was generated, but drilling down shows current information. This means that the information in a stored report might not match what you see when you drill down.

For example, suppose you start generating a stored report and then go to lunch. After the report is generated, your coworker enters some new transactions. When you come back from lunch, you review the report. It shows the numbers from when it was generated, but drilling down shows the current numbers that include the new transactions.
