User interface label changes

In this release, we updated UI labels throughout Intacct for clarity and consistency.

Accounts Payable

Requires the Construction subscription.
On the Accounts Payable Configure page, we added two options in the Accounting settings section.  
  • Calculate tax on retainage held (gross invoice line amount) for all tax solutions

  • Calculate tax on retainage release (invoice line amount net retainage) only for VAT/GST enabled transactions

Accounts Receivable

Requires the Construction subscription.

Sage Intacct Advanced CRM Integration

Requires the Sage Intacct Advanced CRM subscription.

We've moved the ability to sync Projects at the top level to the Sage Intacct Advanced CRM configuration page in Intacct. This control was previously in the Salesforce Lightning application for the integration.

You can still view the status of this setting in Salesforce.

In Salesforce, open the App Launcher and select Intacct; go to IntacctConfiguration > Project and select Create Project at Top Level. In Intacct, go to Company > Admin > Subscriptions > Advanced CRM Integration and select Configure.
On the Settings tab, go to the Project Integration section and select Create project at top level.

Additional address field added

We've added an additional address field to support address information in different countries.

You can view or enter information in a third field for your addresses in the following applications in Intacct:

  • Accounts Payable: Vendors

  • Accounts Receivable: Customers

  • Cash Management: Credit card and bank account information

  • Company: Contacts and Entities

  • Order Entry: Customers

  • Projects: Customers

  • Purchasing: Vendors

  • Reports: Customer and Vendor information

We added this field to make it easier for you to enter and manage your addresses. You can use this field to include address information specific to your country or the country that you are sending information to.
